  • I am a Djoker fan but gosh, I admire Federer as well. He's got many skills and I just feel blessed of being able to have a look at these three Tennis Beasts!: Nadal, Federer and Djokovic! There may be new beast in the sport, but I really doubt we will ever had three beast in the same era again.

  • I’ve always been a Fed fan but the better I get at tennis, the more I understand why the hell he’s so damn good. Every ball he plays probably feels like he’s so much smarter than you. Watching others play tennis is like watching them do math. A lot of them are great at it too. But very few players make it feel like you’re watching something artistic. That’s what this is.

  • RF lost in 2012 in ATP final, one of the hardest lost to accept. He played amazingly. Sadly, he lost again mental game again ND. His mental vulnerability against ND in big points in big matches cost him another ATP final. In terms of skill, beauty and elegance RF is ahead of ND and RN, however, in terms of mental toughness RF miles behind comparing to RN and ND.

  • Taking Bassem Elbitar's point further, I'll say, has anyone ever seen Federer out of breath even after a very long, gruelling rally, in which his opponent made him run from one end of the court to the other? I've never. One of the most beautiful features of his game IS his effortlesness. His movements on court are so well co-ordinated, so well judged, that he hardly uses any extra energy in moving around the court, scarcely ever breaking a sweat. It's probably his superhuman anticipation of the opponent's movements that give Federer the advantage of being at the precise spot, inthe exact physical position required to counter the other player's shot, in the process, expending the minimal of energy, and creating a very soothing visual. What a great, GREAT player!

  • Honestly right, Robbie Koenig (the South African commentator) genuinely has to be one of he worst commentators ever, but definitely in tennis. His repertoire of words is so limited, he's basically got - - STOP IT! - Oh come on! - That's incredible! - Get outta here! - That's ridiculous! - You've got to be kidding me That's basically it, he virtually doesn't say anything that isn't some random adjective that anyone on earth could say.

    guillezorroguillezorroIl y a 23 jours

      Paulo TorresPaulo TorresIl y a 9 jours
    • @Paulo Torres He yearns for the support... What is he trying to prove? Beating Federer, the crowd don't hate Djokovic. Trust me. What he cries does if he doesn't win.. or if the crowd doesn't support him. Is what is keeping those fans with Federer. Many neutral ppl like Federer. They don't cry if Federer loses. They just see how the opponent wins. Anyways, you are one who won't get what I wrote. Period.

      poigtlunarpoigtlunarIl y a 9 jours
    • @poigtlunar Hahaha Nole cries when fans don't support him? No, Nole beats Federer saving two match points in a Wimbledon final, rendering all the crowd speechless. That's what he does.

      Paulo TorresPaulo TorresIl y a 9 jours
    • Nole cries.. when fans don't support him in a match. Fed was in similar situation when he was young but Fed went on to win the hearts of the fans. Now even the locals support him more than their native player. That's how Fed won his record Fan favourite, award. A quality which Nole can never attain.🙏

      poigtlunarpoigtlunarIl y a 17 jours
    • Hahaha 😂, so true. They are obsessed with Fed. Nole can never reach or understand why Fed fans love Fed. They don't care about records anymore.. they just love him for his game and his persona. On and off the court.

As his body wasn't with him and he was fighting for the whole year against injuries, it's amazing how many strokes of genius he produced and how ferocious he was, all to make up for a bad physical condition. Really a very important moment for him to renew himself in the latest stages of his career
