  • One of Djokovic’s best decision was to switch from uniqlo to Lacoste. His outfits with Lacoste has been superb. He also switched from adidas shoes to ASICS which was also a good decision.

    • @Haajir Yabre I've tried asics myself. Great running shoes. Really tight fit and bad traction for hardcourts.

      ppm120667ppm120667Il y a mois
    • @Haajir Yabre It's not just my "opinion". Do you have any idea how many years he has been wearing the adidas barricades for? Since 2006 if I recall correctly until 2017-2018. That's 11-12 years and guess what. He wasn't wearing them because of your opinion about how ugly they looked or how heavy they were. He would have stopped wearing them if he "slipped" so much in them. They were/are tanks and still are incredible hard court shoes. That's not my "opinion". That is a fact and the reviews bear it out. Remind me how he fell in his asics against PCB in the US open. Now you don't have to react as if a bug crawled up your a$$hole. But as they say, if the shoe fits whatever triggers you bruh. Fine by me.

      ppm120667ppm120667Il y a mois
    • @ppm120667 that’s your opinion bro. The adidas shoes he used wear were ugly and had a pointed front tip and he used to fall with those shoes a lot. He looked uncomfortable with those shoes. So I don’t need to ask you to know it.

Haajir YabreHaajir YabreIl y a mois
    • @Andrew Mark i liked uniqlo on novak. On roger it looks soo cheap on djokovic it looked classy

Bee MarsBee MarsIl y a mois
    • @Haajir Yabre Lacoste yes, adidas no. The adidas barricades he used to wear are incredible. Sure they might have been customized for him and reinforced, but I have a number of pairs and these are the best tennis shoes I have ever worn. Nothing comes close.

  • The so-called "next gen" and "lost gen" need to win at least two of out ten such (close) encounters against Nole for there to be any chance of somebody besides Federer (and _maybe_ Nadal) challenging the Djoker on a hard court. At the moment, the only ones who're likely *not* to choke against Djokovic are Thiem, Zverev (when he's serving well), and Medvedev (when his head's right). I hope Rublev can join this tiny group. People go on about Federer's "weak era"...but I don't think he got half as many free passes as Djokovic is getting these days when he's not playing too well. When the Fed was dominating, almost everyone was gunning to take him down. And when he didn't play so well...they often did. Against the Djoker, it's almost like they're falling over each to find ways to *lose* rather than to win. It's ridiculous. Note: Sure, the Djoker is a "mental giant" and has managed to get in Federer's head over the last decade, but that's different. It's been a 50-matches-long rivalry, with Federer growing older and less consistent and "scarred" from wasting MPs. But these young guys have *absolutely nothing to lose* and they still keep failing.

    MKAMKAIl y a mois
    • @conductor_ phurngirathaana WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT??? Federer was the most dominant player ever up until precisely his 30° birthday WITH a top Nadal and Djokovic. To note that him slowing down may have had something to do with his family and his FOUR children!!

André CunhaAndré CunhaIl y a mois
    • But Novak is 33 Federer was old even when he was 28

conductor_ phurngirathaanaconductor_ phurngirathaanaIl y a mois
    • @Jacob Schmidt I didn’t understand your point or what you mean but I’ll tell you this: I absolutely hate Djoko and Nadal used to be my favourite player back years ago but now and forever i love federer. Still i loved to see myself surprised by Nadal’s win in Paris although he is definitely not in better form than djocovic nor his he playing better, he only won because it was clay!

André CunhaAndré CunhaIl y a mois
    • @André Cunha Like RG 2020. Both Djokovic and Nadal have equal mental strength and similar athleticism imo. The difference was Nadals superior claycourt skills and much better playing form.

Jacob SchmidtJacob SchmidtIl y a mois
    • @mka I COMPLETELY agree!!! Me as an expert tennis fan and always very perceptive towards the top stars in tennis and their matches, think that it is quite close to what you said except maybe you’re just forgetting that right now unless the ones you’ve mentioned play their absolute best (the match of their lives and then they would probably win) Djoko is still a bit better than them because of his good form, athleticism, talent, high intensity and mental strength that makes him so hard to beat over and over again in the match Enough so that you can even see the desperation in players faces so they force themselves into CRUCIAL unforced errors for doing too much because he gets inside their heads!!! Aside from that I thought he played incredibly well up until the tiebreaker which is very sad because i must confess i’m FEDERER’S biggest fan so yeah. But also if he doesn’t play better he’ll lose against one of the top guys!

When my parents stopped eating meat I did that too...So I'm 6'3 205 pounds, lean, and you're here trying to tell me that my diet is not working? Good buddy. Vitamin a is only obtainable via meat/ dairy? Of really, have you ever heard of beta-carotene which gets converted into vitamin dummy? Animals get injected with vitamin b12, go ask your closest factory farm. I wonder why nobody questions my diet in person only on the internet, spreading this anti-vegan propaganda lmao

Ivan StanisavljevicIvan StanisavljevicIl y a mois
    • @Qincent Rusca please educate yourself, vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin k, you can be alive with these serious deficiencies. Not to mention low testosterone that occurs from this stupid diet. I can live on a vegan diet without supplements except for b12 but why would I? It's the year 2020, 21. the century you know. You would not get b12 also due to soil depletion if the cow that you're eating was not injected with it. If I were you I would start educating myself a little bit before posting stupid comments.

Ivan StanisavljevicIvan StanisavljevicIl y a mois
    • @Qincent Rusca I've been using supplements since I was around 10 so what do they have to do with anything? I use vitamin D, k2 b12, and creatine. Like every normal person who cares about his health and performance.

    • @Paul Johnson Tennis is not played for only 8 weeks a year. WTF's, while not slams, are 2nd to slams and still a very big deal. Master 1,000's matter as well(Nole leads atm). Why else do you think Nadal isn't shutting it down for the season if nothing but slams matter? He wants to tie Djokovic and also knows he needs he needs a WTF(Fed 6 and Nole 5) if he wants to cement himself as the open era goat.

Jacob SchmidtJacob SchmidtIl y a mois
    • @Paul Johnson I hate to break it to you, but Federer is already married. And he’s straight. You don’t have a chance Paul.

      SJSJIl y a mois
    • @Paul Johnson it doesnt matter AO too..Novak needs to focus only on ATP finals this year. To win. If he win he will surpass RF weeks record..end year No 1..and will tie with him in numbers of ATP finals..if he manage to do that he will gain huge boost in next couple of years..he needs to stay close to Nadal GS record and in that case Novak is GOAT. Nadal trails a lot in many categories..didnt win all ATP 1000 weeks are very bad in compare to Roger and Novak and he has 0 ATP finals.

milan vesovicmilan vesovicIl y a mois
    • @milan vesovic Well, really speaking, nothing is important now, the last GS was the most important, so now, whoever wins anything, doesn't hold any significance, until Federer enters the arena, in 2021, then something REALLY big will be at stake, then both Novak and Nadal, will be trying to get 18 or 21 slams, and Fed will try to get 21 slams to keep ahead, in the race, of course, all big 3 could lose, and someone completely else, could win it!
